Interfaith Initiatives

The VT Interfaith Initiative supports students of all religious, secular, and spiritual backgrounds in their college journey. We offer programming, events, and resources that educate about religious pluralism, celebrate our differences, and advocate for belonging.
What We Do
Educate about Religious Pluralism
- Join the Aurora Living-Learning Community
- Complete the Multifaith Readiness certification.
- Register for a course from our academic partner, the Department of Religion & Culture.
Celebrate Our Differences
- Connect with a religious, secular, or spiritual student organization or start a new one.
- Join an Interfaith Dinner Circle in the Fall.
- Participate in Interfaith Week in the Spring.
Advocate for Belonging
- Request an absence from class for a religious observance.
- Use a prayer and meditation space.
- Request a dietary accommodation.
